Whether you want to develop a new course or you want to update an existing one, our experts are here to help you. We understand course content development and all its complexities!

We are educators and are familiar with the role of Vocational Learning Outcomes (VLOs), Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs), and Course Learning Objectives. We are also familiar with Bloom's taxonomy and we consider various stages of it when designing evaluation and assessment for the designed courses.

Our experts have designed and developed many courses in IT, Business, Accounting, Finance, and Project management domain.

Respond to new trends!
At times, a new trend takes over the market. AI, Blockchain, Cloud Computing are a few examples of such trends. Colleges and Universities need to design, implement, and run newly designed programs to address the demand in the job market for these new trends.
Our team of Subject Matter Experts(SMEs) can assess your existing programs and find a way to update/upgrade your current programs to replace their old courses with the new ones related to changes in the industry.
However, at times, we have seen that it may be a better option to design a completely new program as the number of courses that require changes are significant or the current programs do not support the infrastructure we need for these new courses. Our experts have designed, developed, and implemented new programs in various domains.

Work-integrated Learning
(Experiential Learning)

At WIL Solutions, we focus on the biggest
challenge of Work-Integrated Learning: its delivery
We create real Life Industry problems/projects in business, engineering, health and information technology that are designed in conjunction with industry – they are complex, challenging and require a breadth of different skills to address. They are not a micro experience but rather a number of micro experiences culminating into a macro semester experience. They are designed based on a set of Vocational Learning Outcomes (VLOs) that are applicable to a college/university program. WIL project Designers have studied the industry's challenges, the program VLOs and design projects that, step-by-step, help students seamlessly move towards practicing the critical skills that employers are demanding. WIL projects focus both on the hard-skills and soft-skills.
Simulated Workplace Projects
Co-operative Education and Work-Integrated Learning Canada (CEWIL Canada) defines WIL as a model and process of curricular experiential education which formally and intentionally integrates a student’s academic studies within a workplace or practice setting. WIL experiences include an engaged partnership of at least: an academic institution, a host organization and a student.
WIL can occur at the course or program level and includes the development of learning outcomes related to employability, personal agency and life-long learning.
Fun fact: check our logo, it's a triangle, each edge, representing one of these partners.

Our courses, programs, and projects are designed based on matching 100% of Ministry-defined Vocational Learning Outcomes (VLOs).
About Us
We are in a continuous quest for excellence!

WIL Solutions was established in 2018 in an effort to mind the gap between the education system and industry. For decades, we have witnessed that recent graduates have several challenges adapting to the workplace due to the fundamental differences that these two environments exhibit. We try to mind this gap by designing industry-inspired courses and programs and delivering real-life, Work-integrated Learning projects.

At WIL Solutions, a group of academics with an active role in the industry focus on a course, program, or project and the result will be appealing to the students, educators, and the industry -- a win-win-win situation if you will!
